The merchandise is exchangeable or returnable within 60 days of purchase on all sets that have not been opened.
For hygenic purposes every package that is sent back to us goes through inspection to ensure items have not been opened. If the package has been tampered with you will not receive a refund or your item back.
Every package of extensions comes with a tester strand that can be used to determine the exact colour and quality. Refunds and exchanges are subject to shipping fees.

- Send back the goods and make sure you keep the tracking number to ensure the package returns safely.
